After years of having a cabin in Park Co I moved to the area full time with my husband and black lab Indigo in 2022. Soon after opening my WP office in July 2023. When I’m not working you can usually find me somewhere on the trails or at Woodland fitness in the mornings and grabbing a coffee at Cafe Leo. I feel fortunate to call Teller Co my new home and community!
I’ve been a full-time massage therapist since 2018. I attended Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy for massage and Institute of Integrated Nutrition for Health Coaching. I also have countless CE courses and certificates including:

My practice is both intuitive and technical. I will listen to what your goals are for the session and make a treatment plan with you. Are you recovering from a surgery and need specific work done? Did you have a stressful week at work and need to completely relax? Did you throw your back out by sneezing? (it happens!) or a combination of specific work and relaxation. I will tailor your time to your needs
